Random Reach Out
Exercise Nº2
Reaching out to others has
positive benefits for all.
How it works
Once a week, reach out to someone for whom you feel grateful, but do not often express your appreciation.
Do it in a text, email, call or however you like.

The important thing is to tell them specifically what they did for you, and how it helped.
Why it works
This activity increases wellbeing by stimulating gratitude, which has been found to improve emotional wellbeing.
